Details: Key Responsibilities• Troubleshoot failures, diagnose, repair, and rebuild Cummins engines• Remove and install engines in equipment chassis • Remove and install components on engines, in and out of chassis • Rebuild engine components • Perform maintenance and repairs on truck chassis• Document the work performed• Maintain training requirements for positionCritical Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Functional/Technical • Experience and/or education as mechanic in repair of diesel engines• Knowledge and understanding of engine theory and operation• Able to use a computer and programs such as Quick Serve On-line and INSITE• Able to read instructions and communicate effectively• Have own tools and toolbox• CDL with clean driving history preferred • Excellent customer support skillsThis position is located in NORTH DAKOTA.WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT DIESEL TECH SCHOOL NEW GRAD.RELOCATION AND HOUSING ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR TECHNICIANS.
