Details: A Third Party Logistics Company is currently seeking a Site Manager for its Minnesota Operation. Staffing and Production Over see the general day to day operations of specific areas, insuring these areas meet or exceed customer service standards. Responsible to see that the company has the best drivers possible. Monitors and controls operating costs in the areas above. Oversee the labor costs of each of the areas. Oversee truck and trailer rentals. Oversees the productivity of each of the areas, driving UPH. Properly manage the usage of equipment and plan for the future. Oversee all daily aspects of warehouse operations that occur through all shifts, making sure all work is complete and on time SafetyCover safety topics with associates at departmental meetings. Company Policies Be familiar with and enforce company policies.Hold associates accountable for fair enforcement. Communication and Reporting Answer email with accurate information.
